Contest Eligibility:
1. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. To enter the contest, complete the Porn研究所 Open House Spring 2025 RSVP form, available from the Porn研究所 or social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. To provide your consent to be entered, complete the form and your contact information in the fields provided. Limit of one entry per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. To be valid your entry must be received by 5:00 PM PST on February 23, 2025, and you must attend a Spring Open House at a minimum of one of CNC’s campuses:
- Prince George Campus on March 1, 2025
- Quesnel Campus on February 28, 2025
- Burns Lake Campus on February 27, 2025
- Vanderhoof Campus on February 27, 2025
- Mackenzie Campus on February 26, 2025
- Fort St. James Campus on February 26, 2025
2. ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, age 16 or older (excluding Quebec). For any entrant who has not reached the age of majority, parent or guardian consent is necessary to enter the Contest. Where appropriate, the terms “contestant” and “winner” mean parent or guardian of that person.
The contest is not open to directors and employees of Porn研究所. This includes their immediate families, cohabitants, agents or contractors. Porn研究所 reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion.
Porn研究所’s decisions will be final.
3. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received by 5:00pm PST on February 23, 2025 that also attended Spring Open House at a minimum of one of CNC’s campuses (listed above). The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone.
4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE
There is one (1) prize to be won, consisting of:
One pair of Apple AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation
Approximate retail value: $249
5. GENERAL RULES
5.1 This contest is null and void where prohibited by law. Any dispute regarding the organizing or conduct of this contest may be submitted to Porn研究所 at 3330 22 Ave, Prince George, BC V2N 1P8.
5.2 Porn研究所 is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures or delayed computer transactions or network connections that affect the contest or your participation in it.
5.3 Porn研究所 reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with the contest rules. If after awarding the contest prize, an entrant is disqualified or determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected using the same process described above. Alternate winners are subject to all contest rules.
5.4 Entrants shall completely release Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
5.5 The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money. No substitutions will be allowed. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited.
5.6 If the prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, Porn研究所 reserves the right to substitute all or part of the prize with another of comparable value.
5.7 Porn研究所 reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or to terminate the contest at any time without liability to any entrant.
5.8 All personal information, such as name and email address, collected by Porn研究所 will be used for the purposes of administering the contest and may be used for the distribution of promotional materials.
5.9 The winner shall sign a release declaring their eligibility as described in section 2 of these rules; agreeing that their name and image may be used for promotional purposes related to this contest and promotion of Porn研究所 free of charge; and releasing Porn研究所 from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this Contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
